| Synopsis : | Prodigious savants - a term reserved for savants whose abilities are considered phenomenal and labelled "genius", if seen in non-disabled persons - number fewer than a 100 worldwide. One such individual is Malaysian Yeak Ping Lian. Ping Lian’s outstanding works often contain many hidden aspects of forms and images not initially seen or noticed at first sight. Ping Lian has successfully exhibited his works in New York, United Kingdom and Australia and more recently in Fond Du lac, Wisconsin, USA. He has appeared in several television documentaries, such as "Painting the Mind”, which aired over in UK, Australia and Scandinavia. |
