Synopsis : Hosted by the International College of Music and supported by Arts Network Asia, KL Sing Song brings together solo singer-songwriters from the ASEAN region to discuss issues surrounding the genre, and workshop with interested members of the public.

Featuring Azmyl Yunor, Meor, Mia Palencia, Pete Teo from Malaysia; June Somsiri Sangkeaw from Thailand; Nityalila G. Saulo from the Philippines; Oppie Andaresta from Indonesia; Kelvin Tan from Singapore. Guest speakers are Daryl Goh (music reviewer at The Star); Edwin Wong (co-founder, www.musiccanteen.com); Peter Hassan Brown (singer-songwriter, part of Soft Touch, www.lemang.com); and Dr Wan Zawawi (from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, www.atma.ukm.my). Sessions moderated by Sonia Randhawa (from the Centre for Independent Journalism, www.cijmalaysia.org).
