| Synopsis : | A one-of-a-kind collaboration between four multi-talented groups, namely the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra, PETRONAS Performing Arts Group and gamelan ensemble Rhythm In Bronze performing for the first time together under the baton of MPO Associate Conductor, Kevin Field. Featuring diverse pieces such as Adams' A Short Ride In A Fast Machine (for gamelan), Rouse's Bonham, Sunetra Fernando's Wayang (for gamelan and ensemble) and Montague's At The White Edge of Phrygia. The eveing will culminate with the MPO and BBC Symphony Ochestra performing Walton's Facade. |
