| Synopsis : | Pian is a middle-class publishing executive with a wife, two daughters, two cats and two parakeets, who lives in blissful ignorance of the world, outside his own married life that is. Jo is an isolated and disheartened man who is very troubled. The two men meet at a park in KL's Zoo Negara, and Jo, desperate to have a meaningful conversation with another human being, intrudes on Pian's comfortable state peaceful state and starts interrogating him. He forces Pian to listen to stories from his life including "The Story of Jo and the Dog," and the reason behind his visit to the zoo. And this is when the tragedy starts to unfold... This one act play is based on the work by Edward Albee, translated here by Roselina Khir and adapted and directed by Marlenny Deenerwan. Starring Ahmad Iswazir Ismail and Ridzuan Jusoh and organised by the Cultural Centre, University of Malaya. |

| A must see..not easy for two actors only apperance on stage to control the whole performance for a nearly two hour show. :)

| aisay...dua hari aje...menyesal aku tak tak pi tonton. ada plan nak buat lagi? Macam mana respons? isi kandungan blog daribawahbayu sangat menarik dan memanfaatkan pembaca, terutama berkenaan dgn proses pementasan sebuah drama teater (behind-the-sins, apa yg dilalui pelakon -- rujuk entry Zoo di Paras Zero, etc). Bernas, mudah difahami, menghiburkan, berguna. Maklumlah, pengamal seni teater kira very the minority, tak ramai, so gembira bila dapat tahu ada rakan seperjuangan yg memahami segala ups and downs and ins and outs. | 2 days only and it's over! I do hope there will be a restaging and a longer run. been hearing good things!
