| Synopsis : | Coming from varied and diverse backgrounds, everyone involved in the production of F For Female came together to achieve one common goal: to make a statement that women's rights in Malaysia can only be achieved when everyone, including women, start respecting each other for who they really are, without prejudice or discrimination. They present this double bill of plays, consisting of: Anything for love The extent a woman would go for love. Some marry for the sake of money and some, for love. What does it take to be loved? Money and power, or just plain sacrifice? The battle of the inner voices. Do women often compromise with their needs in exchange for love? Featuring Pat Chan, Farina Ariffin, Sherry Abdullah & Adrina Badri. Directed by Zachary Wong. ~ Infant One will always be culpable for one's actions - that's life, they say, when your mistakes come back to haunt you. One woman's dark past comes back to haunt her in more ways than one, right when she's at the peak of her career. A girl's life is shattered, her future bleak and hopeless because of another woman's actions… Featuring Fadzrina Ariffin and Fariza Ariffin. Directed by Sherry Abdullah. |

| - I of course expected the playlets to glorify women and the role of feminism. At a guess maybe some potential punters got put off by this expectation and never came. Full marks for the writers for not doing this, but instead twisting the public's expections by coming up with 4 real, but negative characters. - The acting was mostly very good, but there was something about the lawyer character that made her not quite convincing. - The thing is even though the acting was often very good I felt as if I was watching just part of a show a much bigger and impressive production in preparation instead of a full show I had paid to see. They weren't satisfying enough on their own to send me off wandering
