Jo kukathas is every INCH a LEGEND.

Her talents are not just limited to comedy.

She, unlike a lot of the theatre "professionals" here in Malaysia knows how to engage an audience.

She captures you.

That is what theatre is all about - being able to "exchange molecules" with your audience.

And no, one does not need to graduate from Yale to be able to have these skills.

of ego-boosting can justify an artist's worth. Especially, coming from a self-proclaimed LEGEND. Yeah right, every inch of a legend.

I am very disappointed that your nomination for best composition did not include Johan Othman, whose submissions for the MPO Forum represents some of the most original, refreshing and memorable pieces crafted for the event. His name certainly deserves to be on the list.

where is the music heading? the last thing we need are bunch of musicians specializing in German lieders and their cronies as judges. name one singer who sings German lieders and make it big. the answer is nil. I believe there are more good musicians and composers out there, but obviously, kakiseni is doing a very poor job in identifying these musicians. it doesn't justify to have trained classical musicians or singers as judges because, time and again, these people fail to look beyond their classical view, and the entire music category is infested with boring and out of date repertoires (based on the latest eligible music shows at http://www.cameronianartsawards.com/index.php?id=43)..supposedly high art, but equals low originality + creativity. a lisa ho and her german lieders will never lift the music category to a higher level.
